"SWEET HONEY IN THE ROCK: REMEMBERING NINA, ODETTA, AND MIRIAM®" with a special salute to ABBEY LINCOLN SET FOR BLUE NOTE'S 30th ANNIVERSARY JAZZ FESTIVAL, DECEMBER 12-14, 2011 AT THE BLUE NOTE, NEW YORK, NY
Internationally renowned and Grammy-nominated a cappella ensemble SWEET HONEY IN THE ROCK® will unveil their most adventurous live presentation ever, when they perform a special tribute entitled,” SWEET HONEY IN THE ROCK: Remembering, Nina, Odetta, and Miriam,®” with a special salute to Abbey Lincoln,” as part of the Blue Note’s 30th Anniversary Jazz Festival. The ensemble’s three-day engagement at the prestigious Blue Note, December 12-14, 2011 is being presented by Jill Newman Productions. They will be performing two shows, at 8 PM and 10:30 PM each night.

If you live in the DC metropolitan area, we hope you'll come to see, "SWEET HONEY IN THE ROCK: Remembering, Nina, Odetta, and Miriam," our special annual WPAS Concert at the Warner Theater on, Saturday, October 22, 2011. We will be celebrating our 38th performance season with this presentation.

Sweet Honey Sings for Disaster Relief and Safe Energy Policies
